Little Seoul@Nilai

We were at Nilai last weekend.
As for food, we went for Korean food near INTI College, Nilai.
Generally, the dishes we ordered were quite good. According to the boss, majority of the ingredients used are imported from Korea.

The starter

Dol Sot Bi Bim Bab
Hot Plate rice with minced beef - RM15

Mixing everything with the Korean chili paste, the rice taste good.

Dak Bal Go Gi
Hot& Spicy Chicken -RM11.90

Self rating for the food is 8/10. I feel the MSG level was quite low. Food were quite good, rice is of good quality and portion were big - until 2 person can't finish, haha!

At least the food served is really Korean style. Yesterday I dined in a restaurant called Seoul Garden, but the steamboat langsung no Korean style pun, furthermore charge for RM70 over for 2 pax. Feel like kena potong leher.

Little Inbox, I agree with you. There was one Korean Restaurant I've tried in Ipoh also charging cut-throat price, but mediocre food...at least this one really quite authetic...My goodness, poor thing, you had a bad experience...

Mont Kiara area has more than 20 Korean eateries and counting. It may be the best place for Korean fare. The set you have were interesting with an egg done bull's eye style? I like their radish and anchovies side dish.

How come only 3 types of appetizers geh? Pricing is quite reasonable, great for the wallet!

worldwindows, thanks for your info. Yes, the set I had was quite good.

Bangsar-babE, because this is only a small scale restaurant in a small town, that's why only 3 starters were given. With the reasonable price we paid, can't expect much also...haha

Hmm...interesting, Korean food all the way in Nilai.

really cheap, for Korean food. but only 3 ban chan? hmm ... they could've served more, given the fact that most are vegetable dishes, and not pricey type.

u referring to Onix Jun or Yea Won there? :)

wmw, not really go all the way to Nilai for Korean food, just because we were there...

J2kfm, yes, comparatively is cheap.Dont you think both the restaurants are pricey for Ipoh standard??

Food Paradise, yes, the deco looks quite cozy...n food wise, I like it.

I must tell Hubby. He works in Nilai and he said nothing much to eat there.

From the picture it shows that the restaurant decoration is very cute. More of like a lifestyle store.

Precious Pea, oh, but I am not sure whether the restaurant open in the afternoon. Anyway, true enough, not much nice food there....such a small town.

email2me, actually the restaurant deco is minimal...but quite cozy
